What is the Ad Builder tool?

The Ad Builder is our tool for generating assets for your out-of-home (OOH) campaigns using Artificial Intelligence. Its purpose is to simplify costs and time for our users. You can access it by selecting it when you check out a campaign.

How do I get credits?

A certain number of credits will automatically be assigned to you when you purchase the tool along with a campaign. Each credit is used when generating an AI image or removing the background from an image. Using other configurations (fonts, colors, text, or uploading images from your computer) is free.

How long do I have access to the Ad Builder?

The tool will be available as long as you have active campaigns. If you don't have any active campaigns, you can access the file library and download the latest versions, but you won't be able to edit them.

What happens to my credits once my campaign ends?

Although you won't be able to use credits once the campaign ends, they will accumulate for use in future campaigns in which you purchase access to the Ad Builder.

How do I incorporate my designs into my campaign?

To do this, you need to download your designs by clicking on the download button in the Ad Builder. This will generate a Zip file that will be saved on your computer. Once unzipped, you will find a folder called "designs", which contains all the final files in the resolutions you selected. These are the elements you can add to your future campaigns in the Campaigns section.

Where can I find my files?

You can find them in the "My Projects" section. If you are editing a file, this can be accessed through the arrow in the top left corner of the screen. In this screen, you will find all the projects you have been working on and can preview, download, rename, or delete them.
