I can't access new updates or features, what can I do?
It's possible your browser is showing a cached version of the application, which prevents you from seeing the latest changes or features. We recommend clearing or forcing a refresh of your cache.
How to do it:
Force browser refresh
Press the following keys in your browser to force a full reload (this reloads the page without using the cache):
Windows / Linux: Ctrl + F5
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Clear the cache manually
If the forced refresh doesn't work, you can clear the cache manually:
Google Chrome:
Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browse data
Select "Cached images and files"
Click "Clear data"
Mozilla Firefox / Microsoft Edge / Safari: the steps are similar; look for the "clear cache" or "clear browse data" option in your privacy settings.
I'm not receiving email communications, what can I do?
If you were expecting an email from us (like confirmations, notifications, or updates) and can't find it in your inbox, it might have been redirected to your Spam or Junk folder.
Steps to check and resolve the issue:
Check your spam or junk folder
Look in the following locations, depending on your email provider:
Gmail: Side menu > "Spam"
Outlook/Hotmail: "Junk Email" folder
Yahoo / Others: "Spam" or "Junk" folder
Mark our email as safe
If you find our emails in spam:
Open them and click "Not Spam" or "Mark as safe."
This will help ensure future communications arrive correctly in your inbox.
Add our email address to your contacts list
Add our sending address (e.g., noreply@yourdomain.com) to your address book or contacts.
Verify that there are no errors in your email address
If you still don't receive anything, make sure the email you registered is spelled correctly. If necessary, update it in your profile or contact support.

What is Placetopay?
Placetopay is the electronic payment platform used by B-BILLBOARD NC, LLC to process online transactions generated in the virtual store with the payment methods enabled for this purpose.
How can I pay?
In the virtual store B-BILLBOARD NC, LLC you can make your payment with the means enabled for this purpose. You, according to the payment options chosen by the merchant, can pay through Visa, American Express, Diners and MasterCard credit cards and PSE checking and savings debit accounts.
Is it safe to enter my banking details on this website?

What should I do if my transaction is not completed?

What should I do if I did not receive proof of payment?
For each transaction approved through Placetopay, you will receive proof of payment with the purchase reference to the email address you indicated when paying. What is the Ad Builder tool?
The Ad Builder is our tool for generating assets for your out-of-home (OOH) campaigns using Artificial Intelligence. Its purpose is to simplify costs and time for our users. You can access it by selecting it when you check out a campaign.
How do I get credits?
A certain number of credits will automatically be assigned to you when you purchase the tool along with a campaign. Each credit is used when generating an AI image or removing the background from an image. Using other configurations (fonts, colors, text, or uploading images from your computer) is free.
How long do I have access to the Ad Builder?
The tool will be available as long as you have active campaigns. If you don't have any active campaigns, you can access the file library and download the latest versions, but you won't be able to edit them.
What happens to my credits once my campaign ends?
Although you won't be able to use credits once the campaign ends, they will accumulate for use in future campaigns in which you purchase access to the Ad Builder.
How do I incorporate my designs into my campaign?
To do this, you need to download your designs by clicking on the download button in the Ad Builder. This will generate a Zip file that will be saved on your computer. Once unzipped, you will find a folder called "designs", which contains all the final files in the resolutions you selected. These are the elements you can add to your future campaigns in the Campaigns section.
Where can I find my files?
You can find them in the "My Projects" section. If you are editing a file, this can be accessed through the arrow in the top left corner of the screen. In this screen, you will find all the projects you have been working on and can preview, download, rename, or delete them.
